| Kaylie
McD is the creator of the comics Last Place Champs, The
Mysterious Miss Bunbun, and Zombie Bunny. Her
crafts were featured in the book I Love Handicraft: 56 Craft
Creators' Interview and DIY Tips published by China Light
Industry Press, and her artwork was featured in the PlayGirl
web blog as well as the independent films Suck
My Geek and Honey Doll. Kaylie has done freelance
illustration work for the bands Nineteen Forty-five and Snow
Machine, the independent record label Daemon Records, as well as
several web sites and organizations, and is available to do new
stuff.
In her spare
time, Kaylie enjoys reading, traveling, playing video games,
sewing, knitting, collecting odd knick-knacks and toys, and
haunting second-hand stores. She lives near Detroit, Michigan with
her husband and fellow artist Rob
Powell, a cat, a bunny, and way too much kitschy junk.
